Terms of Service

Effective date: June 6, 2026 · Last updated: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the DealRot product at dealrot.app. The AVSaaS company-wide Terms of Service also apply and govern any areas not specifically addressed here. By creating a DealRot account or connecting a CRM, you agree to both documents.

1. The Service

DealRot scans your connected CRM pipelines daily, scores deals by stage age and last-activity recency, delivers severity-tiered alerts via configured channels, and provides a $-weighted rot leaderboard and scan snapshot history. The service does not guarantee prevention of deal loss — it provides information and alerting to help you identify and act on stalled deals.

2. CRM Connections

You authorize DealRot to connect to your CRM via OAuth (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM) or API key (Freshsales) with read-only scopes for deal records. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access. You may revoke DealRot's access at any time through your CRM's connected apps settings or through your DealRot dashboard.

3. Alert Delivery

DealRot uses commercially reasonable efforts to deliver alerts following each daily scan. We are not liable for failed or delayed alert delivery resulting from: third-party notification channel outages (Slack, Microsoft Teams), network issues, incorrect channel credentials, or events outside our control.

4. Severity Scoring

Deal severity scores (low, medium, high, critical) are calculated from stage age relative to your configured thresholds and last-activity recency. They are estimates based on the data available in your CRM — they are not guarantees of deal health or outcome. Treat scores as one data point, not a definitive forecast.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

DealRot is billed monthly at $39/month. Cancel any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. There is no setup fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

AVSaaS is not liable for losses resulting from missed alerts, failed severity scores, CRM API changes, or deals lost despite using DealRot. Our total liability for any DealRot-related claim is limited to the fees you paid for DealRot in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to the Service

We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue any feature of DealRot. For changes that materially reduce functionality, we will provide 60 days' notice. For discontinuation of the entire service, we will provide 90 days' notice and ensure you can export all your data before shutdown.
