Email opt-out

Last updated: June 6, 2026

You can withdraw your consent to receive DealRot emails at any time. This page explains how to unsubscribe, what stops, and what continues. It is consistent with our Privacy Policy and the email opt-in page.

How to unsubscribe

  • Use the unsubscribe link. Every non-essential DealRot email includes an unsubscribe link in its footer. Clicking it stops that category of email.
  • Turn off email alerts in your dashboard. If you set up email as a notification channel, you can disable it (or any individual alert tier) in your DealRot notification settings.
  • Email us. Send a message to [email protected] from the address you want unsubscribed, and we will remove it. For general help, [email protected] works too.

What stops

  • Pipeline rot alerts by email — these stop immediately once you disable email as a notification channel or unsubscribe.
  • Waitlist emails — removed from our waitlist entirely, no further contact.

What continues (until you cancel your account)

  • Essential account notices. We may still email you for: account security events (sign-in from a new device), billing receipts and payment failures, and material changes to these Terms or our Privacy Policy that legally require your acknowledgment. These are required to operate the service and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

Data deletion

Unsubscribing from emails does not delete your DealRot account or your CRM scan data. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email [email protected] with "Data deletion request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.
